Hoja Santa

Small Goat Cheese rounds wrapped with large aromatic hoja santa leaves that flavor the cheese with a hint of mint and sassafras. Tied with raffia. In 2020 Mozzarella Company won FOUR INTERNATIONAL AWARDS in Bergamo, Italy. Just a very few cheese factories in the USA were awarded this prestigious recognition. We received a SILVER for HOJA SANTA GOAT CHEESE. Our Hoja Santa won 2nd place at the American Cheese Society Competition in 2023
