Mexican mozzarella. Hand-stretched into long ribbons of string cheese and rolled up like a ball of yarn. Mild flavor. Can be torn into strands. In 2020 Mozzarella Company won FOUR INTERNATIONAL AWARDS in Bergamo, Italy. Just a very few cheese factories in the USA were awarded this prestigious recognition.
We received a BRONZE for QUESO OAXACA. Our Oaxaca won 3rd place at the American Cheese Society Competition in 2023
