1 pound Texas Basil Caciotta - Mild, mellow and savory. Semi-soft and creamy. Our Cow's Milk Caciotta is flavored with fresh Texas grown Basil
3/4 pound Scamorza - Our Scamorza is densely textured and hand-formed into 3/4 pound double-ball shapes. It's lightly smoked over pecan shells, waxed and aged.

Long time family tradition

Mozzco cheese baskets have long been a tradition in our family. Formerly (and for 14 yrs) we produced goat milk for Paula and her crew. We got into the habit then of ordering Christmas/New Year Cheese baskets from Texas for our family - in OR and ILL and TX. That was over 20 years ago and it is still a family tradition - we don't know what the younger generation is into way out there in OR but EVERYONE is into their holiday Texas CHEESES from Mozzarella Co!! Makes shopping easy and we order for ourselves at the same time.

There was a lot of cheese in the box. We made queso fundido with the ancho . Five stars for sure.
